Barbadillo - Amontillado

This sherry has a bright amber and topaz hue. On the palate, it has hints of dried fruit, wood, and baked apple. It is medium-dry, long, persistent and full-bodied. It is perfect as an aperitif, but can be served with soups or mushrooms dishes.
